The customer service if you want to call it was horrible and rude. Your Ai chatbot was never helpful in giving me the necessary answers. I had to redo my settings at least 2 times, and they were not sticking despite your chatbot telling me to hit the save button (duh). Nothing would refresh or update, not even my updated subscription.
