We used to use another live chat and our customers have fed back that they much prefer this app. We've also added it to our facebook page. Simple clean - get it!

Love the app. Was a bit confusing to figure out at first but really nice features once I did. Love that you can add a large photo to the chat's welcome background. Facebook Messenger messages from your FB business page appear within the same tidio account admin panel to manage them in the same place. It is important to know that if you are not logged into your tidio account on the website or the mobile app, your offline message will appear even if it is not during your Do Not Disturb hours. Keep logged into your tidio account on web or mobile and you won't have a problem.

What can I say, installed the app, set it up and within the first 24 hours we had almost £2000 in sales resulting from the live chat. Worth every penny, first impressions a superb app!!

This app has been extremely easy to use, not only for myself but my customers. I love the option to be able to use it on the computer as well as through the app. That makes it very easily accessible in the office or on the go. There have been a couple of times I had questions about a unique situation, and the customer service reps were VERY helpful. I highly recommend Tidio!

Defaulted to paid plan. Lucky I saw it and downgraded myself to free. I wonder if I am going to get charged if I didn't see it.

Update:
I was not charged. Olek Potrykus from customer service contacted me through email and after several round of replies I understood that they do not have anything like a defaulted to a paid plan (though I saw it in the app. If I ever see it again I'll probably show it) and there will be a screen that gives the user a choice to continue on the paid plan or continue as basic.

So in the end, everything is as normal! Thank you Olek!

Extremely well designed and thought out — they did this right! It was a great experience interacting with our first customer just a minute ago and then seeing that person start to checkout. We are still adjusting a lot of things with our site to reduce friction, and it's nice to have a little site helper always there to cover the bases. Thx Tidio folks!!
