Great features! Awesome backend panel, and super fast support. Would be awesome if there was an integrated translation feature for chats. Something that could auto translate from customer to support agent and vice versa. I would literally just hand you all my money.

By far the must have app for your store. NO CODING. I can chat to my customers and view where they are through my android app on my phone. Apps are available for all platforms. Very easy to use and customize. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love this app so much. The smart way to talk with customers. Few video lessons + live chat with the support team, and I have a beautiful and helpful chatbot)))

Love this app for tracking how visitors browse through my website. As a newbie Shopify website I like to know what products interests my customers and tidio lets me do that. customer service was A+ too. Thank you Jan!

Great app, and even though it takes time to chat with people, it is really worth it. We get a lot of customers in our brick'n'mortar shop thanks to Tidio.
Great great customer service also. Don't be affraid to pay to get the features, it's worth it.

AMAZING. We are sticklers for our brand, so the chat app we picked needed to look great. This does. It's like the Apple of chat apps. Beautiful. Clean. Wonderful design. Makes me look like a fortune 500.
