We are trialling live chat and so far so good. Easy to use - the chat help received as also great. First day using it so will have more feedback later in the week.

So easy to install! The app had only been installed for about 10 minutes when we got our first chat. So great to be able to offer this kind of service and answer people's questions right away!

I had to copy and paste a code by myself and it was really scary because I don't know anything about coding but Kamil and Jerry the support guys are patient and I ended up pasting it properly. and tidio has my full support. 11/10 they answered every question I had.

I've tried three different chat apps. I love this one the best. When it comes to investing in an app that will benefit my site I do careful research and testing. This is the best so far and worth the value.

Very happy with the app. I'm currently on the free plan as I'm about to launch my store. It works very well, looks nice and is very easy to set up. The mobile app is simply great in order to handle your store support on the go. Bravo.

Ian was absolutely brilliant with his help and support. Very detailed and clear .
