Excellent tool. Easy to install and operate great with quite a few useful options. Really satisfied. One improvement that would be helpful is to allow the chat icon to be moved from its default position on the page by the user (particularly when it overlaps other page content).

We have used this app for a few days now and the support has been amazing! Very quick to respond and willing to help with any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

This app is also great when chatting with customers and staying connected to your business.

Just installed this app and customised it to our needs and to match our theme. So far it looks an amazing app with plenty of options. It was important for us to be able to interact through mobile which this app does offer. We would have liked a cheaper pro package for a single user though. Still giving it 5 stars for the team's effort in bringing such a useful, sleek and streamlined app.
