I love this app! It was recommended to me by our web designer. We used it for about two months and then I had some customization I wanted to add after becoming familiar with it. The chat app on the Tidio page helped me create a custom response bot for when I was unavailable and even helped me set up a Zapier Zap to send responses directly to my email. Amazing!

I've used Tidio before and just installed it again for my busy Christmas Season. Now more than ever customers want quick answers and Tidio is easy to use both on the desktop and on my phone.

Recently spoke to Arek and Dominika from Tidio support regarding a tech issues that remained unresolved. Dominika cloned all my data over to another account to bypass this issues with a different resolution and Arek assisted me along the way to iron out the last bit of details that needed doing. Their Products is fully integrated with everything you can think of to supercharge your revenue stream. So grateful for all their support and the brilliant inventions of Tidio. Saves me hours of work and impeccable service when you need them! Fully recommend.

Very cool!!! i am currently on the free version and altered my notifications today, they are even coming to my fit bit so hopefully I will not be missing much and be able to be quick to the chat! i dont want to have to add my address, as my business is out of my home, but this is not a Tidio thing its the anti-spam rules.
I love Tidio!!!!

Great app so far, gives the user amazing control. The staff is very helpful too, helped me solve a few problems I had. I definitely recommend!

I love this app. It's super intuitive, it's customizable (from the info that appears in the chat window to the automatic bots), you can use it with a multilanguage website, you can control newsletters and contacts so no need to use or pay for a different app for that, you can see live visitors on the website and start a conversation, when they're typing, you can se what they're writing already. It's an amazing app and it's completely free.
