Awesome app. We're on these chats like hawks and have seen a definite rise in conversion rates from people that are asking questions. The personal touch helps alot. Also the automation sequences are great to keep customers engaged when we're not around.
This does everything I wanted. Just switched over from Intercom and I'm never looking back! So simple to use. Great app!
Tidio live chat is so so helpful and the group is very supportive they will help you anytime if you have issue or problem on the apps I strongly recommend this to all shopify shop owner.

I would recommend this app to other stores, as it is a great way to interact with customers, especially with those interested in making a specific purchase. It's another avenue, besides phone and email, to reach out to customers needing help. At first, there were a few technical difficulties (it seemed to cut out, etc.), but it has since improved and we don't have those issues anymore.
This is a really great app. I got customer using it and it was very helpful. The App support team is super responsive. I highly recommend it!
We checked several apps to find the easiest to configure with the right tool. This app is the best one out there period! Easy to edit and add new chatbots and plenty of material provided to create new bots!

You should choose Tidio Live chat always! I successfully bought and accessed their $39 plan as promised. I know you may probably encounter a pricing issue, like $559 per month for unlimited live chat usage. This is just a glitch within their billing system. Totally solvable. Chat to them via the live chat on their website: tidio.com. Someone will walk you through to solve the billing problem.
Overall, my experience with tidio is terrific. Recommend it to everyone.
