I have a question please about the chatbots monthly limit: Are the chatbots counted only if the visitor interacted and responded the chatbot or for each every user who receives the message?

A single "use" of a chatbot is essentially a single time a chatbot is activated. For example, if you have the "Welcome new visitors" bot, it is activated (used) for every single new visitor who enters your site. You can also have different types of bots, e.g. bots that get activated only on specific pages, or when the visitor returns to the site, or when an operator (like you or me) does not respond within some time.
Please remember that Tidio is free forever by default - the paid plans are optional and expand the features of your Tidio account. Im suprisingly very happy with this app. I feel it offers a lot more than expected especially given im still just on the free plan being a start up. a) the live chat button can be customised to look pretty good
b) it notifies you whenever you have a visitor c) you can download a mobile app, so you can check whose visiting and have live chats with customers in the palm of your hand
d) and the best most unexpected feature is that you can see which pages your customers are looking at. really pleased.

Running a business with Tidio is like being in the year 2033, a decade ahead of competitors. The more I explore, the more impressed I am. Firstly, the developers aren't solely motivated by money, offering a chance to use the product for free with fully operational key features. The AI chat, dashboard, and email marketing are intuitive and brilliantly designed. The UI/UX is incredible and stylish. I planned to wait before writing this review, but I couldn't resist. You must try it for yourself. Highly recommended!

Even though I'm uninstalling this app, I thought of coming here and leaving a positive and constructive review for others. Tidio looks great on the website, it's very customizable and their chat bots are super easy to set up. Conversions were great too, I would highly recommend it for the reasons above. Unfortunately for me, I just realize that Facebook messenger ONLY was better for my website, which isn't offered on Tidio.
