There are plenty of settings and it's a bit of a hassle to program but the customer service is great and it gets the job done. Just a bit of a learning curve.

We run an online bookstore specialised in English prep-tests in Japan. Live chat is not yet still popular in Japan. However, we have received very positive feedbacks from users so far who have interacted with us via the live chat that is offered by Tidio team. Since our user base is mainly Japanese, supporting Japanese language is a very crucial aspect for us to choose a live chat solution and Tidio is proven to be a great option to support Japanese language. Easy to use and easy access to technical support. Seems they never sleep and are always accessible. Will definitely upgrade to paid version.

I've been using Tidio for about a year now. I've never had an issue with it and it has let me set up bots to manage customer service without me intervening. Support has always been great, Olek and the rest of the team really go way and beyond to help me get things donde the way I need them.
I recently had to downgrade and I was worried I would loose all the work I had done during the past year. I was happily surprised to know I could keep the free plan. My bots and all my settings are kept intact though the chatbots will be limited to reach 100 unique visitors a month.
Tidio is one of the best -if not the best- apps I've used. I really recommend it.

Great! Specially satisfied with the multilanguage support. Just perfect for my store which is in French.
The admin panel is easy to navigate. Settings easy to configure.
Very usefull app! Great service (through a chat function, off course) - but also just very nice features. You see returning custumers, you see all their previously visited pages on your site. Really nice way to interact with your customers!
Je kunt de app ook zo gebruiken dat klanten automatische Nederlandse tekst ontvangen, komt net even iets klantvriendelijker over dan alle standaard teksten.

Apenas estoy iniciando su uso pero me resulta muy practico ya que puedo dirigir tanto el chat de la web como de la pagina de fb en un solo lugar y desde mi celular, las notificaciones son al instante!!! hasta ahora todo excelente la aplicacion movil y la version web son muy faciles de usar y entender cualquiera podria usarla sin ningun problema
