If anything, I wish they had more flexible customization settings - having only one color for the chat button, home header area and message bubbles - is rather limiting.

Easy to use for chats on the go, mobile app works well. There's some automatic chatbot features, like a silly meme, which I didn't want turned on, so be sure to look around at all the initial settings before letting their AI go live.

The best AI livechat out there is TIDIO, I wish they can make their plan a little more affordable, however I love it as its the best app to collect emails via the interactive bot.

It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers get fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.
