I tried several other apps to integrate my tiktok shop with my shopify store, but this was the only one that worked as promised. The customer service has been very responsive as well. Highly recommend.
Love this app, had a few bumps in the begining but the team helped me through in under 15 minutes, can't wait to have everything in sync and be more organized as a business owner!
Would recommend using all their apps to intergrate your shopify store. it is easy to setup and pulls all information accross all the platforms.
Horrible API linking!
This app and their Walmart app had a lot of issues. They actually damaged my business. Their sync issues led to my Walmart marketplace store being suspended for tracking information issues. On top of that, any order that was placed and supposed to be shipped to an apartment just didn't have the apartment information sync.

To clarify one important point: the order syncing issue was caused by a location mismatch in your Shopify settings—specifically, your available inventory was mapped to a different location than the one set for order sync. This led to the orders not syncing as expected.
