So far….this has been the best app I have installed. Straight forward and easy to understand…now for the rest of it.

I recommend tictok because it is easy to setup and navigate

It helps to get out all products and introduce your store to others world wide.

When mapping products, being able to search by SKU would save a lot of time

It is worthless and so is their nonexistent support. I can't run ad campaigns or upload videos to our business account. I have been trying to get help for weeks and have been completely ignored.
This horrible excuse for a company should be banned. We will be filing a complaint through Shopify and the FTC.

Easy set up to reach new customers on TIKTOK

Great when it works. Pulls order into Shopify where I can fulfill the order and adds customer to my Shopify Customers list which is great! Can run campaigns for promos and TikTok offers many campaigns that help boost my sales. Been using it 3 months. BUT, the past week all of a sudden none of my TikTok orders pull through to Shopify like they are supposed to where I fulfill the orders. I have reached out to TikTok support on 5 different occasions and never got 1 response.

It was easy but I also think somehow I duplicated my store
