Setting up the app was super easy and we did our first pre-sale item with one minor issue. I set up a phone chat with support and Jolo explained the setting I needed to change to fix the issue and it was solved. Great customer service, awesome app!

I just completed my onboarding video chat with Romell and he was fantastic! He explained the use and navigation of the app perfectly and showed me how I can best intigrate it with my company's needs. I'm just starting with the app, but so far, it appears to be exactly what I need.

I am very new with setting up a shop and all that goes along with it. I was easily able to add my products on my own and then had the onboarding session which was super helpful in navigating the app and learning about some better ways to serve my customers. I would definitely recommend this app and the onboarding experience. I'm sure I will be in touch in the future with more questions.
