Easy to use! Customer support was amazing and super quick as resolving my matters. I tried all the pre-order apps and this was by far the easiest and fastest to set-up, and the best customer service.

We'd been wanting to accept pre-orders for some time now. We tried a different app, but it didn't work and the company was unresponsive to our help requests. This app, however, is fantastic, and Timesact support for installation for my theme was instant. We were able to take pre-orders right away. I highly recommend this app for taking pre-orders.

Jonathan was fantastic and cordial, taking the time to cover the features I could use to handle pre-orders the way I wanted in my store. The app is clean and straightforward and the pricing is a great value for what it brings to help improve my customer's experience. It will also resolve unnecessary confusion around pre-orders and product availability.

I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use.
The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.

I have only great things to say about this app. The onboarding is super helpful and the team is super attentive to your needs. Any issue, big or small, is sorted out and explained with patience and attention to detail. I feel so confident in this app and the team! I couldn't recommend Timesact more!
