Excellent way to arrange a pre-order function on your shopify store! They also ACTUALLY help when you send an email to customer service, and solve issues quickly!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We've had this app for a long time and would give it more stars if we could. The functionality helps us to manufacture in small quantities and ensure customers are informed about their pre-order. However, the customer service is why we wanted to write a review today. As every Shopify user knows, a new Shopify theme update can cause some code to go wonky (technical term). We always reach out to the team before publishing a new theme or update to ensure the code will work. They're online, friendly, and fast. Try this app, you won't be disappointed.
This is app is great for growing business. Having an apparel store, we have so many different products, and we operate with very low stock. Having a pre-order allows us to keep the sales going.
The customer support is always responsive and has solved my technical issues promptly.
The customer support for this app has always been super quick and helpful. Pam made multiple changes for my page. Very Happy and would definitely recommend.
This app can do more than what we are using it for, but as far as allowing pre-orders and back-orders go, it works a treat.
You can setup templates or defaults for a lot of functionality, and it works out the box with most themes almost perfectly.
For any instances where a customised theme meant some things were slightly amiss, support was more than happy to ehlp!

This app is exactly what I needed and incredibly user-friendly. Although I encountered some issues with my theme not displaying the badges, the customer support was exceptional. They responded quickly and made sure everything looked perfect.
Great app for preorders and back-in-stock notifications. We have always been impressed by their prompt and courteous customer service whenever we have questions or experience any obstacles. Would definitely recommend Timesact to anyone looking for automated business solutions.
I ran into a slight issue with getting the Pre-Order product badges to show up on my Shopify store. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes Kenneth had the issue resolved. It happened so quickly that I noticed it was fixed before I was able to read Kenneth's email response letting me know my issue should be resolved.

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to get started with taking Pre-Orders for their products. I ran into a few issues in the beginning getting my products set up, but they were quick to resolve my issues and help me understand why they happened and how to avoid them next time around! Great service.
The team has reached out and fixed some of the issues with the app. I hope they can improve their app even more. I look forward to what they accomplish.
OBS: This review was submitted before the person spoke in the live chat with our CTO Robert who implemented a bespoke solution to address the speed of the app for their particular website and the merchant seemed quite pleased with the solution.

Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app.
Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat.
