What was really helpful was the set-up call at the beginning. We started the set-up and then were able to complete it live with Rommel. We look forward to continue using the app.
I have enjoyed this app. Pre-Orders for online shops and new products is vital. This app is easy install and to use. The support that I experienced was phenomenal. Had a slight issue as all apps do and the live chat support was instant, knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with.

We use the App only for Pre-Orders and it works perfectly. Amazing Support!! We had an extra loop to do and they solved it not only quickly but also they adjusted it to our CD. We highly recommend this App !

Not only is the app super fast, simple, and intuitive, Timesact's support team helped me - for free, within just a couple of hours - to remove a lot of scripts and changes to my brand new theme that were caused by the previous Pre-order apps. I'd highly recommend choosing Timesact and - if you've tried other apps with bad experiences - to get their free help to remove past apps/scripts completely from your site.
Coming from an e-commerce veteran like yourself this is high praise indeed. Thank you for sharing your ideas on improving the app (already in work btw 😉). And congrats on your first pre-orders (some of many I'm sure)!

This is a fantastic app. I do a lot of pre-sales as I work to restock inventory, and this app allows me to keep sales flowing at the variant level, preventing me from losing any sales. On top of the great functionality, the developer and is extremely helpful. I have a custom theme and he worked on the backend to ensure it works as it's supposed to. I would highly recommend this to any store looking for pre-sale, and don't be afraid to reach out to them for support! They are VERY helpful.

Stop your search now — This is the app to go with. Clean and easy to navigate interface and has 24/7 chat to help with any issues. It offers a free video call to set up everything but I didn't need it.
100% recommend! It took me 5 days and a lot of heart ache to find the right app for pre-orders and coming soon widgets.
