We don't generally really leave reviews but after the service we received, we thought it only right. I think out of all of the apps on our store, Timesact has the most reactive customer service going. They are very fast in resolving any issues to get the app working just as you would like. Would highly recommend!!

They are so quick and responsive and helpful, especially as we're about to launch a new theme and wanted to make sure the process would be seamless with our pre-orders for when we publish the new site. Timesact is an extremely useful app and applicable to so many business models— I found it especially helpful for my own. I look forward to continue using it for the upcoming 2022 holiday season. Although learning the app was easy enough, I really enjoyed taking advantage of their free onboarding meeting. June & Andrei were great at making me feel comfortable, asking me questions all while teaching me everything there is to know about the app's useful features and how it can help me build a better platform for my customers. 10/10

Easy to use! Customer support was amazing and super quick as resolving my matters. I tried all the pre-order apps and this was by far the easiest and fastest to set-up, and the best customer service.
