They offer so many amazing features—I’m absolutely loving it! It’s incredibly user-friendly, much easier to navigate than other email tools I’ve tried. Their customer service is lightning-fast and super helpful. A must-have for your Shopify store. Definitely 5 stars and beyond!

I love TinyEmail! I tried Shopify email, but it didn’t have the wide variety of capes I was looking for. I also researched Klaviyo, Privy, and a variety of other apps but found that TinyEmail had the highest TrustPilot score. Users’ biggest pain points seemed to be clunky interfaces and unhelpful customer support. I find that both are outstanding on TinyEmail.

Had some minor issues with the app, and customer service immediately reached out to me to resolve the issue. The price is fair for the amount of support you receive and the quality of features available for your marketing needs. I would recommend the app if you're looking for a good marketing solution for your business.

TinyEmail is perfect for sending email campaigns. The support team is very helpful as well. Whilst at the moment the automation is minimal, I do hope this will improve soon.

Great app with lots of templates and designs to make it easy to send out a professional looking campaign. Clean and simple user interface and lots of statistics available to describe customer interaction with emails and great customer support. Integration with Shopify was simple and seamless. And their free email plan is an ongoing plan and is not a trial so there are options for all sizes of business. Highly Recommend this product.

where do I start!! Its an awesome company. From customer service to the service its providing. Mashier from the customer service team is so nice, she help me with all questions, issue in a timely manner and the way she answer make me feel warm and well taken care of! Thanks very much Mashiar. Also, among all the expensive competitor out there who are charging like hundreds to thousands per month, Tinyemail really make email marketing affordable to everyone. Thanks again team for all your help!!

We really do recommend and love this app as new Shopify users we tried many apps that didn't give us an easy, quick and nice touch to our newsletters. Were more that happy with using Tiny email and hopefully it will help our business grow so we can afford to continue using it!

Reason for not giving it a 5 star is solely the price, we can't really afford it and wish it was a bit lower. Which isn't fair of us either cos the service is definitely word every penny!

I would advise people to look elsewhere. I'm ultimately sticking with them for now, but only because I've already invested so very much time into this.

1 Their support team is absent. You have to first convince the AI to let you talk to a human, then the humans disappear mid-conversation. I've seen other reviews that say they received great support, but I largely have not. If the issue isn't solved by them referring me to a file in their documentation, then they disappear.

2 I have had problem after problem, and the support team first tries to blame me every time. First, I couldn't get the Free full version promised to Shopify users despite signing up through Shopify. After wasting a few hours of my time going through the steps from Support, they then wanted to do a screen share so they could try the very things I had JUST done, then they finally went looking and determined it was an issue on their end.

Then, I realized the automations weren't being sent out. Two weeks of blaming me, that my form wasn't set up correctly. But the form was working perfectly (though it was a BEAR to install). Emails were getting added. They just weren't getting the Welcome email. Two weeks, and they finally went looking and realized it was a problem on their end. One employee said yes, it was a problem on their end, and we confirmed it was all fixed. Then another employee came back with telling me it was still all my fault and it wouldn't be fixed until I did x, y, and z. (wrong, it's working fine now.)

3 The automation emails aren't customizable. I had to have their support staff customize the emails for me.

4 The process of getting things set up is not great compared to the other four services I've used in the last 20 years.

If you've got a LOT of time and energy to put into getting this set up and working, this might be a great choice for you. If you'd like something quick and easy, this isn't it. If you need great service that's available when you are, this isn't it.

I've been using TinyEmails for a while. The support team is great, and very excited to see where this tool is headed. It's feature rich, and everything is pretty intuitive.
