I have not been able to set up tinyAlbert fully but from what I have learned and from what I can see it is going to be more useful and save me both time and money compared to EngageMessage.
Even though I was facing some problems with it at the beginning, Tim provided me a good support. I'm very happy about it.
We've used tinyAlbert for about a month now and it's been great. It was easy to set up. Once set up it's been running completely hands free.
