TiXel: Meta Pixel TikTok Pixel

Do not waste your time with this app. I downloaded it specifically to set up my Facebook pixel, but it simply does not work. I followed the setup instructions step by step and the pixel never tracked any data — no page views, no add-to-carts, nothing. For an app whose whole purpose is tracking, that's a dealbreaker.

What made it worse was the support. I reached out for help multiple times and never got a response. No reply, no follow-up, nothing. If something breaks, you're completely on your own.

I can't recommend this to anyone serious about running ads and tracking conversions. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

This app is completely unreliable and a waste of money.

I installed it to set up my TIKTOK Pixel on Shopify, but it simply does not work. The pixel failed to track any data properly despite following all the setup instructions carefully.

Even worse, the app keeps attempting to charge me for a service that is clearly broken. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility.

Charging users for a non-functional service and then denying refunds is unacceptable. This is not how a professional app should operate.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this app. Save your time and money and look for a better alternative.
