The team at Tracktor have been brilliant! Mandy in particular has gone out of her way to make our experience a good one. She has answered our questions in a timely manner and helped us set some of the courier mapping which has saved us lots of time. She also surprised us with improving the layout of our tracking page! It looks slick now.

I've only used it in test mode but it is waaay better than 17track.net which really didn't live up to its fodder. I think I'm going to stick with many of the apps that I find on ShopPad.com, which really speak to the website and helps to give it more personality by creating many customized attributes, making my website appear all hand-built without themes. It is shaping up to become a greater website because of these apps!
I am loving this app. It makes it so much easier for customers to track their package. This app is a must have!
I used this app to track orders and Mandy Hom helped us get this set up. Super fast responsive time and very nice. Got this done so quick for us.

Yes it is THAT GOOD! Tracktor isj ust what we were looking for, the ability for us to be able to include an 'Expected Dispatch' date (or up to 3 of our choosing) in the progress bar is simply GOLD!!! We often need to backorder certain line items on the same order but need to hold order until completed or 'Order Ready' status.
However, if there was an enhancement I could suggest for the wish list it would be the ability to update the status of multiple orders in bulk or in a grid form type environment. Apart from that so far we are extremely happy with the easy operation of it and applaude Shopad programmers for applying the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) method throughout this app, well done guys.
Additionally, the app also projects seriously professional look on our website and blends in perfect with our theme layout and colours just like I paid ShopPad $1,000's to program it just for us. Again, weel done and a huge Hat Tip to you all.
