1. The traffic that I see from my Storeya dashboard is inaccurate. It did not match the Shopify and Google analytics traffic. I emailed Storeya and they told me they see no issues.
2. When I click on the Storeya app link from within Shopify using a safari browser. I get a warning message saying the connection is not private and that there is a problem with Storeya’s certificate. Storeya tells me they see no issues on their end.
3. My monthly budget in TWO weeks. For the next two weeks I would have no traffic from Storeya. I have new products throughout the month that would benefit from a relatively even distribution of traffic.
4. Storeya’s dashboard is inadequate. I need a lot more feedback in terms of keywords to see what is actually bringing the traffic to my site. I used Google Analytics as best I could but I still do not have the kind of data I would be comfortable with.
Don't pay for this app. Useless. It's not worth a penny.
Bad bad experience! I asked for a refund...they only gave me reports with numbers...but the visits still the same! They said it's because it was to soon to show results...but the numbers they showed me ...was not real! :(
ZERO transparency on the key words used, can't see the ads published and they stopped showing my ads mid-month because they said that it was 'too expensive to target my key words and service would resume when next billing cycle starts' Oh..and it didn't generate a single sale. This was a complete and total waste of time and money for me.

On Jan. 20th, you have paid us $335. In return we have set up a Google Ads account and drove targeted traffic with a high 2.74% click-through rate worth $343 - we spent more than you paid us.
Your niche was indeed more expensive than avg. ($0.83 cost per click in comparison to the avg. $0.50). Your store has a relatively low conversion rate in comparison to the eCommerce standard average of 2%.
We use dynamic search terms which change the keywords all the time, we also use Google Shopping and Dynamic remarketing which don't use keywords at all. Preview of the ads is shown in the edit settings section of the app.

Horrible customer service. I chose the basic $120 plan to start and was charged $335. I was sent setup instructions hours after creating the account. I would not recommend them. Very unprofessional. And the so called positive reviews are from people who don't know anything about marketing and let these people get over on them.
You provided us with a site that was offline and online at times and had demo text and images in it and therefore couldn't be promoted. The site was registered 4 days period to signing up and was not indexed on Google yet.
Your account was immediately canceled and fully refunded. We invite you to come back once the store is ready for paid traffic.

Don't download this app, their team is completely unethical. After leaving this review they threatened me telling me they will refund me my money if I remove the review. After downloading it you'll be prompted to pay extra hidden fees.
really bad app, it will make you spend at least 300 dollars. 120 a month I just paid and then it asks me to upgrade to their deluxe plan and its just absolutely outrageous. If you are getting this app get ready to dump money all over the developer. Im asking shopify for a refund.
It's unfortunate that you decided to write a negative review before trying our app.
We never recommend our clients to spend more money before they see a positive return on their ad spend. On the contrary, we lowered the entry bar to a minimum so that anyone can test us out and gradually extend the budget when the results are to his/her satisfaction.

We left the app over a month running. The ROAS did not reach even 1, so we consistently lost money. I do not recall how much we invested because the developer seems to have deleted our access to the platform (or maybe it was deleted after canceling the plan). We use the app for two stores, and both weren't satisfactory.
