Frank was incredibly helpful, kept me informed throughout, and made sure everything was sorted fast. The app itself is also very intuitive and a huge help for multilingual stores. It can be a little buggy and not that easy to grasp all the features at first. But the support team is always there to help fix issues. Tried other translation apps and this one is the best. Does what you expect, and for a fair price.

Invece per quanto concerne il servizio di assistenza, devo dire che funziona molto bene, ho avuto qualche problema dopo aver acquistato dei crediti di traduzioni, non si sono caricate, ho scritto prima nella loro chat e poi via mail, la persona che mi ha seguito è stata cordiale gentile ed ha saputo risolvere il problema tra il sabato e la domenica. Quindi ottimo servizio. Continuerò a lavorare con loro.
