I’m genuinely very satisfied with my experience using Trendsi. Their inventory and integration system works smoothly, and when I encountered a syncing issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks to their prompt action, my products were back in stock and available on my storefront without any further problems.
I would especially like to thank Anya, who provided outstanding customer support throughout the process. She was attentive, clear in her communication, and truly solution-oriented. Her follow-up and dedication made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring.

Trendsi has great products we use on Shopify. They have the best customer service agents as well. Chette was awesome and solved my issue quick and got me back connected to the site. Thanks again.

I had issues with my products because they were showing out of stock, and I sent a quick email and booked a meeting in less than 30 minutes with Sherwin Xia. Sherwin Xia's professionalism was evident as he resolved the issue within minutes. I am so delighted to have all my products showing as available in my store.

i was dealing with a customer serv rep from trendsi named Chette she was amazing and very helpful and most of all patient . :) a week later the sad part is a customer placed a order almost 2 weeks ago and they keep putting things off and lots of excuses ive been going back and forth last couple days with someone named Sam and she tells me this morning they are on holidays till end of month like omg my customer will be waiting over a month for products this is not ok. my advise is to stay away from trendsi i feel like im getting the run around shopify should know these issues
