I must say, from the moment I found Trendsi, I knew I was going to really enjoy this service and the level of dedication the support team would provide. I had several questions that I was looking for help on and opened up the Live Chat button on their website. I was instantly connected to an EXCELLENT customer support agent, Angelo! Angelo was excellent in supporting me with the various questions that I had and providing me with many resources and screenshots of examples for the questions that I was asking.
I then had additional questions that I opened a new chat and was again, instantly connected to another fantastic agent, Chette! The level of continued amazing customer service never stopped. Thank you so much for your great help Chette!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trendsi! Overall, my experience in just the couples days of implementing Trendsi to my store has been an incredible experience! By far the best experience that I have had since implementing apps to my store.

I was having an issue with my customer not being about to check out due to the shipping address. I spoke with Maria and she helped me get it all worked out. She was great to talk with and very patient with me as I am new and I am still learning the ins and outs of Trendsi! I do like working with this app. unfortunately, the only thing I'm not very happy with is that this company is only for USA territory, most of my clients are from Europe and Asia.
but even like that, I love the customer service, they have answered me in minutes. hazel was marvelous with me, she answered all my questions and she answered them very clear.

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.
