The new Moby feature is great already despite being new. It's still got a few small bugs, but overall, it's probably the best feature I've seen for finding custom data I can't get on any other platform.

Custom reports are great for tracking key metrics are fantastic.

Sonar was a huge game changer for our international ads as well.

All around, this is an absolute key app for any business doing over $50k/month. If you're under that, I'd still get setup on the free plan to get started.

Triple Whale has been fundamental for us in better understanding the true performance and attribution of our advertising campaigns. We now have clearer insight into where to optimize our ad budgets and know which creative is winning as well as which ones are under performing. Not only has this allowed us to generate more sales, but it has also enabled us to be more profitable by making better decisions in our accounts!

App is now dated and badly supported, this product was good when it was the only thing around, but now it isn't. The cockpit function never works when you want it to, it took eight weeks to sort out the second time it faulted. The interface is limited when you want to go in further. I reduced the subscription due to this and that was when the poor back up came through, very quick to chase the money when there was a hic up with the subscription fee, but complete failure to resolve it.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. A special shout-out to my onboarding manager, Renne, who was fantastic—if you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in good hands. TW helps us to attribute conversions, and see in detail where to invest our marketing budget across all channels. Marketing channels tend to over attribute their own platform which makes it difficult to find the right marketing mix. It been a lifesaver many times.
