Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

We searched high and low before we found Trunk - they have saved us from headaches, over 5 hours a week of work, and are more responsive + less expensive than their competitors! Truly remarkable, I would suggest them to anyone doing cross-platform sales. We currently use them for Etsy, Faire, eBay, and Shopify. Haven't had a single glitch or mistake since they started over 4 months ago, and the inventory changes happen in under 15 seconds. My favorite inventory system is the one I don't have to manage!

Trunk has been amazing for my handcrafted jewelry business, particularly during my busy seasons when orders are coming in constantly across retail and wholesale platforms.

Trunk also offers a brilliant workaround to Shopify’s constraint on inventory management with variations: if I have a single pendant but the customer can choose chain lengths, I don’t want to manage inventory quantities for each of the 3 different chain lengths. Instead, with a single master SKU, Trunk will sync all the variations, and when the pendant is sold, the other variations all automatically go to zero and the item is marked as sold out. A complete time-saver!

Trunk allows me to spend more of my time jewelry-making, growing my business, or just plain relaxing, instead of spending hours each month on multi-channel inventory management.

Trunk has far exceeded our expectations.
Stock is instantly synced between Shopify and eBay which is a must for our business.
It also enables you to easily create bundles and even duplicate an existing product to allow you to list it with multiple SKU's whilst accurately tracking stock.
Overall it is a very powerful app with great support. We highly recommend it!

I always test an app for 5-6 months before writing a review and in this case I'm delighted to post one. We have used a number of stock sync apps but none which has worked so well. It's highly accurate, the interface is simple and it has the right amount of diagnostic information. Hats off for a job well done.

Absolutely brilliant. James is so accommodating - he gets back to you very quickly and does everything he can to help. Even if it's something he's looking into, he lets you know he's read your message and follows up as soon as he can. I had a problem with every other inventory management system I tried as they would not allow me to bundle my item variations, so instead of 1 item being available, they would state I had 20! Fixed my problem entirely and gives me peace of mind that I won't oversell or miss out on any sales as I had to manually change my quantities when I had sold them. One of the more affordable inventory management systems too, with gradual price increases depending on how successful your business is, order wise. No massive jumps between stages, no limitations on how many sales channels you can have (as long as it is available to integrate). I'm hoping this will help me grow my business naturally.

I was using a different inventory sync software before I found Trunk. Trunk is so much easier to navigate and use to sync my shopify and etsy store inventories. I love the simple, user-friendly layout and that the changes are synced in real time. Soooo much better and easier to use than the 'other' one I was using.
