The reason why I don't give 5 stars is that I think it should be better if you include some trust icons like CSS, PCI DSS. Hopefully you will add them soon.

An excellent app, easy to use, customize and understand. Does what it is supposed to. The biggest advantage is that you could intup custom text ontop as well and all of that does not slow down the loading speed too much.
