If a problem arises, they are friendly and helpful in the chat room. Sometimes they seem busy and take a long time to respond, but even if it takes them a while, they always reply. This high rate of chat replies has been very helpful.

I love this app. It is easy to use. I had a few small issues getting started but the customer service replied instantly and fixed any problems right away. I highly recommend this app.

Amazing support - I had a question about having reviews across multiple products and he jumped on a google meeting and quickly showed me how to do it. Have never had support like that on an APP!!
