TrustReviews is easy to install and configure but a at the same time offers a broad set of functionality. Import from AliExpress and curating works well and integration into product page is good.
Haven't tried the process of requesting reviews from customers yet, but will do so soon.

My old Shopify Reviews is now retired. I wasn't sure which Product Review app to go with and after researching for a while, I chose TrustReviews and very happy I did. I needed help setting up the app. Ebrahim helped me out right away through their Chat option and within 5 minutes we were up & running. Just outstanding customer service!! Trust Reviews really came through for us. Shopify had mothballed our product reviews app, and it left us in a dark place. We didn't want to, we couldn't, lose our valuable pool of customer coffee reviews from years past.
