Great app, easy set up. The step-by-step tutorial video on YouTube is super helpful and answered almost all of my questions. For any other questions they have a live chat. Perfect option for our luxury clothing brand where we get frequent returns. Very satisfied!

The app doesn't work with 3PL fulfilment centers. The support is non existent they reply 3 days later. The app rejected all coming orders with tryon, over 20 came in and got rejected. Regular orders coming through ok, everything from tryon gets rejected! It was a huge waste of tome and money since we spent almost $2000 in ads promoting this deal and no orders were captured!

Tryon handles the Try Before You Buy order management and is not involved in fulfillment. This is a very good app for a Try Before Buying program. It works seamlessly with the Shopify store and can be integrated aesthetically with the design of the Theme so it doesn't seem like an "add on". I particularly like the "authorized credit card" hold so the risk of not capturing the funds after the trial period is reduced. I found the best part was working with the Tryon Team for support. They were very responsive, helpful, and always accessible and made the implementation virtually effortless. I would highly recommend this app.
Easy to set up! Can easily see this being the future of ecommerce, seems like a no brainer to let customers try before they get charged! Optimistic to see what this does to my conversion rate and overall revenue.
A really simple and excellent application! Support is extremely fast and does the job the same day! I'm really pleased to know that we can select the number of days after we want to collect the payment after his purchase, because other applications offer only 3 / 5 or 14 days ... Plus there's paypal integration! I recommend it 100%.
