I signed up for the free app specifically for the breadcrumbs it says are included. But apparently the breadcrumbs aren't visible unless you get the premium plan. Have I got that right?
Sorry for the confusion, Our app provides Breadcrumbs Schema (JSON-LD for SEO), which is different from the Breadcrumb Design (storefront navigation) feature. We’d love the chance to make it up to you — please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
It says it’s free to use, but in the end you have to pay.
This app is an epiphany of how an app should not have to be! Using it is a practical joke. It says you get the breadcrumbs, but after installation, you end up without them on the website. You have to pay!

However, the Breadcrumb Design (visual styling on your website) is part of our premium plan, which is clearly listed in the paid plan features list on Shopify app store.
