Great customer support so far. They have live chat. The onboarding is pretty straightforward, you don't have to do much work, 80% is already set up.

This is the best SMS app ive used on shopify, super easy to integrate and the data analytics breakdown is amazing for understand how to best milk your customers. TxtCart has made my store an extra 10k this month!!! you need this app if you dont have it already.

TxtCart:SMS Marketing & AI very easy to set up in your store. They provide step by step instruction, notes and walk through help tutorials for each page. They provide Clear insight to how the implementation & functions of how the application works as well as what is necessary to create an overall positive costumer, end user, Application service. Thus far. TxTCART Customer service has been great and I look forward to working with TXTCart in the coming days to see what Kind of data an revenue will be generated. Awesome app, I was really surprised to see how quick and easy it was to set up, and how soon after it started working! Highly recommend this for anyone that wants super easy automated SMS discounts. You barely have to think about it
