We are loving everything about TXTCART! We have been using it for months now and everything from the customer service to the revenue it has helped boost for our store has been phenomenal!

When it comes to customer service TxtCart is at the top of their game. I had a billing issue and they took care of me right away, makes a difference when a company does its best to make you feel like they have your back no matter the circumstance. The App works great and has been a big part of our success this year, give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

Its a very easy to use platform and the support team is amazing. Also the team believes so much in their product that you get a free trial so with that it pays for itself by generating you extra sales. No risk fam. I strongly advise DO NOT install this app! TxtCart uses misleading pricing tactics and unauthorized charges that are NOT clearly disclosed upfront.

Hidden Fees: They claim it’s $29/month, but then sneak in 15% of cart recovery revenue WITHOUT proper consent. This is NOT explicitly stated before they start charging.

Nothing but good things to say about this app. From the moment I needed help, someone answered in less than a minute to give me step by step instructions. Not only was Roohul friendly but he was fast and experienced to take care of me and my shopify store.

The app itself works great! They provide intimate conversations with your customers with their AI tools in any way to recover your sales. The support is very friendly and has helped me to unsubscribe my plan, because I haven't been able to use it. But I will definitely come back to this platform at a higher scale.

Only a little over a month in and we have already seen a big influx or revenue that we would not have seen without TxtCart. Def recommend!
