if you take decision to uninstall this app it will affect your theme coding badly and make your pages reload itself
We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our app includes a "Theme Revert" feature designed to automatically remove all app-related code from your theme. It’s essential to use this feature before uninstalling the app, as once the app is removed, it no longer has access to your store and cannot clean up any remaining code.
If the "Theme Revert" feature isn’t used before uninstalling, your store will default back to the original collection and search template. We also provide live chat and email support for any assistance you may need, with our team typically responding very promptly.
After checking your live theme, we did not find any code related to our app. Please let us know if there’s anything more we can do to assist you.

We were reviewing the app expenses and noticed that we've been charged $89 USD per month, even though the most expensive plan listed on the Shopify store is $69.99! We don't understand why we've been overcharged, especially considering we have a website with only a few items. We find it very unfair that apps take advantage in this way.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the billing and for any shortcomings in the support you received. It’s possible our staff misunderstood your question and didn’t provide the assistance you needed, and we deeply regret any frustration this may have caused.
Our app's pricing is based on the number of published products and the languages the store uses for product translation. Additionally, premium features such as displaying variants as separate products can also incur extra costs.
As the app is no longer installed on your store, we're unable to verify the exact combination of features that may have led to the additional charges beyond the basic plan. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

The best search and filter app we've found. While costly and without "pause" function for seasonal stores they make up for it by having great support and if you remove the app between seasons they can keep your settings until you install again.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing your experience with our app. We appreciate your feedback and definitely take into consideration for future updates. Thank you once again for choosing our app.
Before making my decision to go with the USF app, I setup and tested multiple different Search & Filtering apps on a test store and none came close to matching the theme design out the box. This app matches your theme design nearly 95%, and then working through their excellent support team, they customised whatever was remaining to match the theme design - these guys were very helpful, especially Dong - thank you for your help! The functionality out the box with the USF app is great too, and through their Admin Dashboard you can configure your search to pretty much the N-th degree, and what you cannot figure out their support team will help you with. I highly recommend this app.
Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that our support team could assist you in customizing the remaining details. Your high recommendation means a lot to us! Thanks again for choosing our product.
