UpOrder (formerly Spently)

Just started digging into the software. I am very happy with their support team. Unlike a lot of other apps, they are actually willing to talk with you on the phone to fix any issues or answer questions.

Simplistic dashboard, making your emails is fun and you can get very creative. Customer support is fast and accurate! Price is okay to begin with.

It made sending out professional and eye-catching e-mail campaigns extremely easy! I would highly recommend for e-mail services!

Excellent customer service; when I had a problem they responded right away and fixed the issue immediately. The interface looks great and free feature seems plenty. I just started using this app, but it seems like it will be great!!

Pretty good app. Wish we could get a little more free, but the app does what it says well. Easy to use for the most part. I like the app, but can't afford the paid version for now.

The team at Spently is amazing. We felt at home with them right away. Their service is really really good. The app also performs amazingly well, we rebranded 27+ emails that go out from shopify, which has significantly increased our revenues last month. Highly recommend these guys!

This is an extremely useful and helpful app! We used it to make engaging, eye-catching order and shipping confirmations emails for our company. The templates were easy to use and gave us many options to add pictures, color, clickable links/buttons, and additional text to what would have otherwise been a dull form. Customer service was great-- we had a couple of questions and they were addressed promptly and clearly. We highly recommend this app!
