I've been really happy with this app. It's given us the ability to really quickly and easily improve the quality of the automatic emails that we're sending out. The basic emails that shopify defaults to are so plain that they lower the quality of the customer experience.

I've really enjoyed working with Callum and the Spently team, the service they provide is second to none. As for the application itself, it's very easy to use and offers some incredible feature so that merchants can ensure every email template is on brand, unique and engaging. We've been running the app for two weeks and have already seen two conversions from the abandoned cart email and we hope to see more of this in the future. I highly recommend Spently for anyone looking to improve their email marketing communication and capture their online customers on a different level!

The themes are not only fantastic looking but easy for anyone to customize, which has been lacking for awhile on notifications on Shopify.

The app is easy to use and navigate without any coding background. I've found the customer support team to be very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Spently.

100% worth it! It is SO easy to create stunning email templates. My favorite feature is the ability to add unique coupon codes in any of the emails, particularly the shipping confirmations and account activation emails. Overall, the look and feel of all the emails are very clean and professional. I don't see us getting rid of this app anytime soon!

Spently is awesome! I was previously using another app for email templates but it would not allow you to take the HTML work onto Shopify's notifications. So the customer was receiving two emails for everything. Confirmation, shipping, etc. huge headache. With Spently you can design a professional email yourself using their user friendly templates. They give you the HTML which you can then replace the Shopify default email. If you're looking to make your business that more professional with email templates the this the app you go with!
