UpOrder (formerly Spently)

We were more than a little surprised at the rudimentary appearance of Shopify's canned email notifications. So, we were very pleased to find this Spently app. It's easy to use and creates some very nice looking emails. It includes all the email variables available through Shopify so we can easily make the modifications we need.

Very easy to install. Setup was smooth with no hickups. Customer service was always there along the way.

This is a great app with some really great features to ensure that every email is unique, in line with your brand and engaging! It's a must-have for your email marketing. Besides being an awesome app, the service has been top-notch. A special mention to Grace for being extremely helpful in attending to my queries and for always being quick to respond. Highly recommended!

I have only just had the Spently team setup my account for me as I was traveling at the time. By the time I arrived home without any questions been asked the account was setup and ready for me to start work. I have asked a few questions after I arrived home and the response was very prompt and I live +15 hours ahead of there time zone.

I give them 5 out of 5 for service.
