I added this app when I learned Omnisend could not replace my automated store emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc). Spently does that extremely well! The emails are super easy to design; very intuitive. Not that that mattered; they do all that for you in setup! And they even followed up with me a few weeks after installing to see how I was doing (an actual email, not one of those automated things). And the app paid for itself in the first week alone.
The support has been first rate with Spently with on the highest plan having emails rolled out and recommendations made makes the process a lot more efficient and helps get best practices up and running asap!
This app is great for crafting beautiful, professional auto emails for events such as order confirmation, shipping updates, and more. My only regret is that it doesn't support a newsletter feature.
Grace Kwok was excellent at assisting me with getting my templates set up, and she even kindly extended my free trial when I had to pause my shop right after starting with Spently due to the COVID-19 outbreak affecting my Chinese suppliers at the time.
A bit pricey, but I appreciate being able to see exactly how much revenue is attributed to Spently's intervention each month in addition to the lifetime of using the app.
Spently is phenomenal! There really isn't another solution that I would even consider to create custom notification emails. This is the first app I tell every new store owner to install.
It drives revenue, their support is great, and it makes your brand stand out at the most important touchpoints that customers care about.
The dynamic personalized coupon codes are a feature that you won't find anywhere else. I would leave 10 stars if I could!
Spently was effortless to set up and exactly what I was looking for in my business. I love how automated and easy it was to follow up with my customers in a strategic manner. I only wish I could have found Spently sooner, as it increased my monthly revenue greatly! I would comfortably say this is the best app in my roster for increasing revenue. Don't delay in downloading, let Spently do the work you don't have time to do.

Spently has been amazing for us. The customer service is above and beyond, and we have seen an increase in revenue from the follow-up emails and offers we added. We highly recommend Spently to anyone who wants beautiful, professional, automated emails to go out to their Shopify customers.
Love the customer service and ease of this app. Making custom email messaging/order notifications has never been easier! The backend software is also great - as it shows analytics for opens/completions of abandoned cart emails, etc. It's what I've been waiting for!
As our business has grown online Spently contacted me to ask about upgrading to a paid package. Financially it seemed to make sense and so we did. Jaret talked me through the set up process and Grace sorted out all the creatives for the follow up emails. This should lead to better responses which I'm looking forward to seeing. So far the experience has been flawless, brilliant even. A Zoom chat first, then creative input and updates all managed by Spently. This is not an app created in a bedroom somewhere (well, maybe it is, but it doesn't show!)
Try the free plan, if it looks like its working for you its a no brainer to move to paid as your store grows.
