Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Always so easy to get a call booked in and the team are always keen to assist with setting up and teaching how to customize widgets.

I had the pleasure of Trissha's support today, helping me navigate how to position an upsell widget on their newest SellEasy version - which has loads of modern looking widgets for upsell campaigns. She new exactly what she was doing and quickly taught me how to do it so it works with our new Shopify template.

I would like to share positive feedback about Kriti, the support agent who assisted me today. She patiently walked me through the app settings and adjustments, making sure every concern I had was addressed clearly. What stood out most was her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay on the call until everything was fully resolved.

Even though the call lasted around two hours, Kriti remained helpful, courteous, and committed to getting all of my requests completed right then and there. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

I would also like to recommend the Logbase app, Selleasy. It has been a very helpful app with useful upsell and cross-sell features, and the support experience made it even better. Their responsive and knowledgeable team gives confidence that help is available whenever needed.

I love this app. It works so well and it has increased our upsells dramatically. Ruby’s support was incredible and was extremely helpful when I was wanting to have the upsells placed in other areas on my website. I highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to increase their turnover.

Ein Fehler bei der Darstellung unter Firefox, wurde in weniger als 5 Min. behoben.
So sollte Support überall funktionieren.
Die App ist super und bringt echten Mehrwert €.
Eine Möglichkeit zur Sammelbearbeitung oder Bearbeitung via .csv, wäre noch super.

Die App ist eine klare Empfehlung.

We have been using this app for a while now, just kind of running in the background. Recently, we decided to add a few more touch points to our site and ran into a few customizations we wanted. Contacted support via chat, quick response, and Mani was able to answer every single question and apply every customization request I had. Amazing service. Thank you!!

Die App hat viele Funktionen und ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen.
Ich bin im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden.

Der Support ist top, hat super schnell regiert und das technische Problem unkompliziert gelöst.

Deswegen gibt es einen Stern Abzug von der Bestnote. Da sich bei Änderungen in der App oder bei Shopify dies auffallen hätte sollen.

Ich bin allerdings zuversichtlich, dass hier künftig Prozesse geschaffen werden, sodass dies proaktiv überprüft wird.

My issue was solved in a very short time, and I really appreciate their help. I also really love this app — it has been very useful for my store, and I’m very happy with the overall service.

Great app and very easy to use. The setup process was smooth, and the features work well for our store. The support team was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommended.

Selleasy is a solid app for upsells and cross-selling, and it’s generally easy to use. However, we ran into issues when using it for free gift promotions. Even with the setting “Match offer product quantity with the trigger product” enabled, customers were still able to add more than one free gift, which isn’t ideal.

That said, the support team was excellent. Boomika in particular was very helpful and responsive, and she worked with us to implement a workaround that solved the issue.
