Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Suki from the Logbase support team was absolutely fantastic! We were having issues getting our cart upsell popup to trigger with our custom AJAX cart drawer, and she resolved it in no time. She was incredibly fast, professional, and injected the custom code needed to make it work perfectly. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended app and support.

She patiently walked me through the app settings and adjustments, making sure every concern I had was addressed clearly. What stood out most was her patience, professionalism, and willingness to stay on the call until everything was fully resolved.

I would also like to recommend the Logbase app, Selleasy. It has been a very helpful app with useful upsell and cross-sell features, and the support experience made it even better. Their responsive and knowledgeable team gives confidence that help is available whenever needed.

Selleasy is a solid app for upsells and cross-selling, and it’s generally easy to use. However, we ran into issues when using it for free gift promotions. Even with the setting “Match offer product quantity with the trigger product” enabled, customers were still able to add more than one free gift, which isn’t ideal.

That said, the support team was excellent. Boomika in particular was very helpful and responsive, and she worked with us to implement a workaround that solved the issue.
