Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Been using this app for a few years. It does what it says it does. Have also tried some of the glitzier products and there are a couple features we could use but at a cost of 10-20x more. Not worth it for us. Support has always been good. Keerthana and Co. are always down for a Zoom if needed. Happy customer.

Kriti helped me with editing a custom request. She did everything without any hassle, really great to work with. The app itself also does what it says it does without hidden costs!

This is a great app for anyone who wants to make more money. We have They make it easy to add upsells to your pdp and cart pages. I had used a similar app before, and they made us choose upsells for each item which was a pain. This app used and real sales data and gets real results. Customer service is also excellent, spoke with Kriti there and she was very helpful

New to the Selleasy upsell app and have been really impressed with its features and ease of use so far. The support team has also been outstanding. I recently needed help with custom positioning for the in‑cart upsell, and Trissha was incredibly helpful, quick, professional, and efficient. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

The Customer support is great! I had a bit of confusion with something on the app and I messaged the customer chat and got a response in under a minute. The confusion was easily explained and quickly. The app has been working well to increase my AOV and I'm very happy to continue using it.

Reached out to Logbase over the weekend with a feature request. Just got off a Zoom call with Suriyaa, and as it turns out, the developers were just about to launch a new version of this app that addressed those specific requests, and Suriyaa exported all of my data, and upgraded me to this new version (if you *don't* have it yet, you absolutely should get it — BUT, you will lose all of your campaign setup data if you don't export it first. Just a word to the wise so you don't find yourself in a pit of despair.)

We've been using the Selleasy Upsell & Cross-Sell app since March 2022, and it's worked great for us. It's easy to set up and manage deals (even on older custom themes), the customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. Highly recommended.
