Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

This app is fantastic and the support is exceptional! I was looking for an alternative to replace a more expensive upsell app and this one is perfect. The price point is great and the app is easy to use.

I am new to using the App and I had several questions, I went to support and they immediately scheduled a video call for me. Sudhan supported all my questions and was very kind, he also gave me other recommendations that I really liked, so far everything is going well with the App although I have only used it for a few days, I hope my conversions are very good.

As soon as I installed the app and have some questions I opened the chat thinking I would just have to leave a message but Silva popped up, answered all of my questions and mad some technical changes exactly to my desires straight away. I have recently used the app again, had a little issue, went onto the live chat and spoke with Veena, she immediately jumped on a zoom call, fixed the issue and edited our widgets to make them look perfect. She worked really hard and helped us straight away. Did everything we asked. It was a relief and we are happy with this, excellent work, thank you Veena.

I was speaking to Sudhan and he took me through the set up process and gave me some extra tips and tricks on how to configure the Selleasy app to show relevant product offers as well as look and preform better on desktop and mobile versions of my website. Great customer service!

I got some questions regarding the implementation of this app specially on the design aspect of the widgets so I booked a video call and Jananee from Logbase was really helpful and she did an excellent customer support service.
