Koala Upsell Free Gift BOGO

This app is a game changer. Really easy to use, integrates into my website like butter on a hot scone and I have had super response from the help team. No bs, no hidden $ traps, just brilliant.

The free gift was not applied to my orders correctly. As a result, I had to issue refunds to customers, and some did not complete their orders because they were being charged for the free gift. I received numerous complaints. I do not recommend using this app

I needed some help with a feature on my shopify store so I reached out to support. Max assisted me in a very helpful and professional manner. He was able to answer all of my questions and even checked my website to asses my inquiry. I am very happy with the service that I received in resolving my issue. Even though it was on oversight on my part and everything was in fact working properly but, it was reassuring to know that someone was willing to look into it for me.
