We’ve really enjoyed using Userloop for our monthly customer surveys. We’ve been on the platform for a while now, and it’s clear the team is consistently improving the product. Their customer support has been stellar — responsive, helpful, and genuinely receptive to feedback and feature suggestions.

The only enhancement I’d love to see is an easier way to export insights and analytics in a more flexible format for deeper reporting and analysis. Aside from that, it’s a strong, reliable tool that’s become an important part of our feedback process and one I’d absolutely recommend.

Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys.

Also... better yet. SUPER responsive team. We've even had the pleasure of talking to the owner numerous times; Great Guy! He's always looking for feedback. Truly smart & motivated guy.

Great app with amazing customer support.
We have been using the app for three months now and everything works exactly as we expect.
When we missed a feature in the app, we contacted support. A few days later, the feature was already implemented. We can now automatically add the survey answers as a tag to the Shopify customer account. Thanks for that!
The AI Email Report is also very helpful and gives a good overview of all data.
