Userloop has been a very nice addition to my store. I use it to set up post-purchase surveys and abandoned cart surveys, and it’s really transformed how I gather feedback. It's SO easy to set up, gives me a TON of valuable information and the customer support is SO FAST. This one is a no brainer.
Also the owner of the app is experimenting a lot with AI right now and how he can make the questions and data better for users. Great work!
Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys.
Also... better yet. SUPER responsive team. We've even had the pleasure of talking to the owner numerous times; Great Guy! He's always looking for feedback. Truly smart & motivated guy.
