Great flexible app that helps us achieve our subscription product goals. I'd highly recommend to anyone with a subscription.

Awesome support - Jigs P. has helped me on two occasions now - first was with a better understanding of how the program works (Shopify controls all the billing) and the latest is when we uploaded a new theme. There was a script error in the code snippets which they fixed and got the monthly subscriptions operation again - truly delighted customer - 5 Stars to Native Team and Jigs P.

They were able to fix our issues very quickly and effectively and helped us with all three of our sites.

App is buggy and support is unreliable. We've run into frequent issues, such as the app skipping months of a subscription randomly and lack of functionality limiting us from editing subscriptions that are paid in advance. I've sent in support tickets but haven't received any help. 5/24/22 Update — The app developer reached out and asked me to remove my 2 star review, but still hasn't helped with my issues. The monthly subscription that was previously skipping entire months is now charging the customer for a full year, each month.

Native has been super easy to use so far. There are a ton of customization options and it's all very self-explanatory. However, my main takeaway is how great the support team is and how they are always available for help. I've installed several new lines of code thanks to the support team.

I needed some help with the install and the explanation was really easy and the response from the developers to assist was also quick!
