I'm still in the trial phase. I had some initial integration issues, but the representative, Adarsh, is helping me with this. I hope the results will be good.
Adarsh was a huge help and very patient. He helped me despite the team being on weekend. I really appreciate it a lot. Not only with the Swatch King, but also with the SA Variant Image Automator. It is now way clearer and I don't need to look for an alternative app ;)
Awesome service all-around. Works great in my store and really cleans up the look. Customer service handled everything in a matter of minutes via Chat.
support ist wirklich sehr schnell , mir wurde eigentlich fast immer innerhlab von 2-10minuten geholfen. Die app ist auch sehr gut und macht genau das was ich will

Our store just recently switched over to a paid Shopify Theme and our variant images were all jumbled up (even though we already had this integration) and with the help of StarApps amazing team, they were able to help me fix my issue with ease, and they even noticed other things that needed fixing that helped me inprove my store! Definitely a great integration/app to have and great customer service! :)
Our 3D images weren’t working properly when we first connected. It took some time to get assistance, but once their team took over, they resolved the issue. We're happy that they managed to fix the 3D images and clearly have a competent support team for handling code-related problems.
Everything is now working as it should, including variations and images. Thank you – great job!
Japanese. Due to the update of Shopify, the application stopped functioning, but they were very generous in changing the code on the page, etc. Your hospitality is wonderful. You should definitely use this app.
Extremely disappointing experience. I downloaded the app and it worked fine on desktop, but on mobile it completely erased my images—just three hours before our launch.
There was no clear guidance or timeline to ensure everything would function properly.
I ended up switching to a different app, and it worked immediately.
The app generally functions as expected; however, recurring issues often arise, such as incorrect images displaying and, most critically, unnoticed errors that affect customer experience and lead to lost sales. These issues tend to reoccur, though the support team is helpful and responsive.
