As a jewellery brand, we needed far more flexibility for customer personalization than supported by Shopify options and variants out of the box.
We found VO Product Options to be the best on the market and would strongly recommend it not only for the product itself but also Relentless' first-rate technical support.
The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests. It caused us many losses already.

Great service. Had a problem that got fixed right away. Would definitely recommend.
I absolutely love this app!!! It allows me to provide multiple options for my customers instead of them being limited to only a couple items! It is very easy to use, and navigate through! This app is allowing my business to provide all the options I want! If it wasn’t for this app I wouldn’t be able to! Easy to use, and allows a ton of added flexibility in offering variations on item listings in Shopify. We couldn't do without it at this point.
