I had an excellent experience with Veda's customer support, especially with Chloe, who was exceptionally helpful and understanding. She not only addressed my queries with great patience but also offered me a 3-day trial of the advanced plan to test out one of the features I was curious about. This gesture was beyond my expectations and truly appreciated. Highly recommend Veda for their outstanding service and customer care. Thank you, Chloe and Veda, for making my experience memorable!

I was hunting for a free plan that would let me build and publish more than 3 pages for free (the majority seem to only offer 3 free pages and then you have to pay). Veda lets you publish 17 which is more than enough for my needs.
The app is super easy to use and you can create great product pages even on the free plan. I had some questions and Erlic, the live chat assistant, replied within minutes. They were extremely helpful and polite. I'm really impressed so far!!!
These tools are very useful. The online customer service is very poor, which makes me feel very bad. During use, various problems may be encountered, but customer service has poor understanding and lacks sufficient patience. I kept asking politely, but the conversation was still cut off

I did find a better tool to use. Regarding the repeated question, it is because the customer service did not provide me with an accurate answer, and even did not fully understand what I wanted to express. He misunderstood my question. Also, Veda suddenly couldn't function, which wasted my work. I have sent an email, but it hasn't been resolved yet. It's okay, I have uninstalled Veda. If possible, you can also post the conversation in the response.

If Shopify allowed us to upload images, we would post screenshots of the conversation between Chloe and you to show other users the level of patience Chloe demonstrated. She tried to answer your repetitive questions and guided you step-by-step on customizing Veda page templates. She also reminded you to regularly check your email if you're not online to receive live chat messages. It's clear that if you downgrade to the Free plan, you won't be able to use the Advanced plan's features anymore. Chloe is very helpful and responsive. She patiently guided me through some issues I had and left me with a better understanding on how to use Veda better.
I've tested a bunch of apps, but Veda takes the cake as the best Shopify page builder. Even on the free plan, it's loaded with features. Big thanks to Ms. Chloe for guiding me through. She's super friendly and lovely!
